INSTRUCTIONS

• Anything listed in the Gallery can be ordered.  To do so, simply print out the order form, and mail it to me, or email your order directly.
• If there is something particular you are looking for but don’t see it, contact me for availability.
• There is a 20% shipping and handling fee.
• MA residents now pay 6.25% sales tax.
• Items purchased online will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
